Week 9 Discussion Thread

The midway point of the season opens up with Jets-Colts with a highly anticipated Mike White - Carson Wentz matchup and then close out the week with Rams-Titans and Bears-Steelers.

No Derrick Henry for the Titans in their prime time matchup while the Packers will be seeing what a post Rodgers life could look like after he tested positive for Covid and Jordan Love making his first career start against the Chiefs.

So much for getting that Rodgers-Mahomes matchup after we missed out on it the first time in 2019.

Re: Week 9 Discussion Thread

We didn’t deserve Mike White’s fresh fade anyway

Boswell back to a full practice after his concussion, which is good to see. Haven't got to watch much of the Bears other than seeing the Fields run last week.

Nagy is back this week so he’s a wild card with the playcalling, but I’m expecting this game to resemble some leather helmet era offense.

Re: Week 9 Discussion Thread

Darnold cleared from concussion protocol and CMC activated from IR. I can't imagine CMC will play much, maybe 20ish snaps. Wouldn't be surprised if Darnold is the backup for PJ

Re: Week 9 Discussion Thread

Kinda anxious and excited to see what Love does today.

I ain’t expecting much but if he can settle in and look like a semi-competent QB and we can at least keep the game close for most of it, then we’ll be alright(as far as post-Rodgers life goes)

Bad offsides call just killed any chance of Baltimore stopping that last drive. Replay showed it should’ve been called on Minnesota.
