We are monitoring and fixing issues in this thread.
Thanks for your patience.
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.

Fair Play tiebreaker alert in Group G. I love that there's a real chance of England and Belgium deliberately trying to pick up yellows late in a 1-1 match to avoid Brazil/Germany in the quarters. Reminds me of the old Genesis NHL games where you'd play for highest hit totals.

Dr. Jones was right in stating that. We should have believed him.

Still Have a Chance:
2 of Spain, Portugal, Iran
1 of Denmark,Australia
1 of Nigeria, Iceland, Argentina
2 of Brazil, Switzerland, Serbia
2 of Mexico, Germany, Sweden, South Korea
2 of Japan, Senegal, Colombia
Eliminated:

Tiebreaker: It should be the most goals scored in a single match, instead of the number of yellow cards. Is it not risky to already get yellow cards in the opening round when they are first deleted after quarter final ?. What you come up with is pure speculation, although they can calculate who they will meet in the next round because their group plays the last initial matches. They should introduce new draw after the initial rounds with 2 groups 1 against 2, problem solved. The probability that Brazil will meet Germany in the round of 16 is big. And if they come to quarterfinals, the constellation will be, the countries you mention are in groups E, F and G.
Winner 1E / 2F - Winner 1G / 2H
Winner 1F / 2E - Winner 1H / 2G
