He said he wants to get out of the spotlight. MLS definitely makes sense then. I'm thinking he makes it through maybe one season and then retires.

Kind of odd that it's announced before pen has been put to paper but I'm guessing he plays more than one season. But forget about him playing anything close to every game. I'd be very wary of buying a ticket in another city months in advance and expecting him to show up.

I wouldn't be surprised if they loan him to Barcelona, either, once the MLS season ends.

I can't blame Apple for splashing the cash. Got to sell those Apple MLS packages. Kind of curious to how well (or poorly) the MLS has been doing on Apple.

International spotlight sure, but the US spotlight will be insane and amount of US media alone covering it will be huge.

I don't think he's going back to Barca. Unless they can overvalue another asset to sell to raise money.

Oh, it would be some shady loan deal for sure where the cost to Barcelona would be minimal. He does love Barcelona and I'd be surprised if this wasn't part of the deal and reason he's signing with Miami.

Bob Bradley finally got fired. 14-26-19 record over two seasons with one of the league's more expensive rosters.

Not sure what took them so long after a very public feud with Bernardeschi who accused Bradley of having no tactics.
