He's an amazing player. Been following him for a long time. Playing FM helps in that regard. It also helps when your in-laws are Filipino and go to great lengths to point out that Mr. Alaba is half Filipino lol.

Cristiano's goal was disgusting. I know what people say about him, but he's a fantastic player. Looking forward to tomorrow though as the Arse are in action

anyways, no mention of Rolfes' strike? unsaveable, the RVP goal was at least 3rd, probably 4th best from that game behind Rolfes, Rooney's first, and Valencia.

is that Real Madrid wearing blue?
I thought the RVP goal was pretty impressive considering it was with his right foot.

And I agree 100% with your Fox Soccer comments. They SUCK. Not only is the audio/action still off they don't show enough UCL games considering the amount of channels they have access too. Not only that but they still want to charge the same amount for FoxSoccer2go despite not having nearly half as much content as they used to.

the techniquefor the RVP goal was nice, but honestly, the keeper should have saved that 9 out of 10 times. the Rooney first goal also shouldn't really have counted, but the Rolfes goal (deflection or not) was spectacular, and the Valencia goal came off a very crisp counter attack.

the worst thing is i have to wait until tomorrow to watch the two games today that I want to watch. the thing is, i have today off and tomorrow i will have almost no time to watch

guess i'll watch Ajax/Barca today, probably will see at least 4 goals

They may have lost 4-1 at home but Vladimir Weiss's goal for Olympiakos was brilliant.

When do rights for CL expire for Fox? NBC would be foolish not to bid next time they come up.

Damn, as sad I was to see Fox Soccer Channel go, I'm more than happy to have my choice of 3 UCL matches on Fox Sports 1, 2 and the overflow channels. I wish I had picture-in-picture. I think I'm gonna go with Milan/Celtic today.

I'd actually like to see ESPN snap them up again.

A. Fox has the World Cup, no way they let this go, the need soccer on their networks.

B. BeIN would throw all it's money into the pot for this.

C. I would like ESPN back, mostly for the espn3 option
