Are you allowed to make transfers after every round is complete or is there a cut-off? Cavani is my Captain and it doesn't look good for him playing against France.

You get a number of free transfers before every round. So you can replace 3 for free. I'm not sure what you have to do after that. Maybe spend some of your salary as a transfer fee in addition to their salary? I dunno, haven't tried it yet. Going to wait until after the games today.

EDIT: Ah, here it is

"You are deducted four points from your overall points for every transfer you make above the available free transfers for a round. Your round and phase points will not be affected by this deduction.

Any unused transfers will be forfeited in the next round."
