Huge win. Anxiety is on a million. Sane was a bleeping workhorse.

He is fantastic.

Mostly it's just the craziness by the media because he's a Liverpool player.

Look at the difference in coverage and praise between TAA and Wan-Bissaka. You'd never know that Wan-Bissaka is genuinely better, you can barely even tell what an incredible season he's having going only by the media coverage.

Anyway, I've said many times Robertson has been amazing since he was at Hull. It was one of the reasons I was so annoyed by the praise Liverpool's recruiting team got for him, as if they unearthed some hidden gem. He was always going to be this good, especially in a Klopp team.

I don’t even think City played that well. They could have made it worse at the end when Pool were pressing for that 2nd goal but Alison was pretty good.

It looked like a boxing trilogy where both fighters know each other so well but Fernandinho being back was huge.

City will be kicking themselves for not going up by more than 1 imo.

Game could have easily ended 4 or 5-1 to City, which would have been a huge blow to Liverpool's confidence going forward.

Instead Liverpool kept it a 1 goal margin and come away with people saying they did well in defeat.

Liverpool will be kicking themselves as well, since they just let City back into the title race. The closer it is the more pressure there will be, but honestly the worst pressure is what they get from their own fans. You genuinely will not find a fanbase in world football more desperate for their team to win a title, and that has actually been a detriment to Liverpool in the past. It will be interesting to see how this current team deals with it, because that's probably worse than any pressure they get from the media or other teams.
