thats exactly it. It's as if the first thing they look to when signing a player is how many shirts he will sell and second how he will help the club. Case and point Sanchez. How he was retained by the club after doing nothing for them last year is a sick joke.

^I shouldn't really talk since we've made some dreadful signings like Andy Carroll, Aquilani, Downing, etc. I must say £52m for Fred has been an absolute disaster for Utd. The amount of times he gives the ball away through unforced errors is astounding.

I remember reading several months ago that Pep said he wouldn't give him a new deal based purely on sentimental reasons. I think playing 3 games on the spin has shown he has improved his fitness so a new 1 year deal would seem a likely bet. Such a good pro. True definition of a Captain.

They have a testimonial planned for him in September, but I haven’t read anything regarding his future with the club.

Predictions for the big matches on Sunday:

Liverpool 1 - 1 Wolves
Brighton 0 - 4 Man City

Liverpool has had a hell of a run, but I don't think there will be much drama on Sunday. City will win easily at Brighton and take care of business. As for Wolves, I see them absolutely relishing a chance to make a statement at the end of the season. They love playing the big sides, are will in no way be on the beach ready for Liverpool to have an easy go.

Even if I'm way off on the Liverpool prediction, don't kid yourselves into thinking City won't flatten Brighton.

There is absolutely no way we're dropping points in that match. We handled Wolves easily 2-0 at their place, and the place is going to be bonkers.

Yes, I am that confident.

You are assuming much in thinking anyone thinks Brighton can get a result against City.
