At the beginning of the round-robin, Club Brugge would've had 6-8 point lead with 10 matches to play, so it's not like they were a Liverpool/PSG lock to win the league or anything.

True, true. They have a lot of post-season gimmicks. But ending the season like they did is still a thousand times simpler than the EPL doing the same. Plus the entire Belgium league is worth as much money as a single EPL team on average.

Not sure if this was mentioned before when people were looking for documentaries/matches to watch but season 2 of "Sunderland til I die" is out on Netflix now. Season 1 was good, about the season they were relegated from the Championship to league 1.

Of all the clubs to take advantage of the situation and furlough staff, I was not expecting Liverpool to be one of them.

If you can't trust your hooker to refrain from running to the English tabloids who can you trust? LOL

I would think at the very least you would make sure she doesn't take cell phone pictures but what do I know?

Saving this for an inevitable binge and cringe session.

Reversed that decision today. Figured that was coming after the reaction from the supporters groups.

Definitely too late for a lot of supporters though.

My family is about as die-hard Liverpool as I've known and they barely even care they reversed the decision, the damage is already done from making it in the first place.

Huge swaths of the support base are pretty upset about this, wild some of the decisions they've made in the last couple weeks.
