Maybe next year instead of random we have reverse order of league finish—I don't know.

I'd also be up for being able to hold onto a few players we want to from year to year—just throwing that out as an option.

I wouldn't mind the inverse order thing with any new managers slotting in at the bottom. I wouldn't want a keeper league.

I'd actually rather be 3rd or 4th. I don't like waiting so long after the first pick.

I'm just talking ****. I don't really care where I draft. Being at the bottom is bad for the first round in a big league, but not in ours. I get two solid picks back to back with just 9 of us. But your idea isn't a terrible one.
