PSP TOCA looking good
Eventhough the PSP has numerous racers, none have risen above mediority. Now comes TOCA and it looks good and you know the AI will be top notch. So who here without a PSP will consider picking up one now for this racer?

Re: PSP TOCA looking good
It's based on TOCA 2. Considering TOCA 3 will be released next month for the Xbox and PS2, why would anyone spend $250 on a handheld machine to play an older version of a game when they can spend $40 and play the newest version of the game on a console?
If I already had a PSP, buying the PSP version of TOCA would be a no-brainer. But if I didn't have one, buying a PSP just to play TOCA 2 when TOCA 3 is coming out at the same time for consoles would be a large, large waste of money.
Take care,

My thinking as well, TOCA 3 looks sweet, and since I already have a PSP I'll prob get the PSP TOCA too.Originally posted by pk500It's based on TOCA 2. If you've never played a TOCA game before, you're in for a real treat with both games. The best racing series for a console, ever -- hands down.Originally posted by southside_hitmenMy thinking as well, TOCA 3 looks sweet, and since I already have a PSP I'll prob get the PSP TOCA too.

TOCA is a must have on any system. I wish they would have released toca 3 on psp, but you gotta get what you can get. I love they have DTM in TOCA 2, they are a blast to drive."Basketball may have been born in Massachusetts, but it grew up in Indiana." - James NaismithComment

I'd have to disagree on the first sentence. Pure, Legends and Ridge Racer are anything but mediocre imo.Originally posted by backbreakerEventhough the PSP has numerous racers, none have risen above mediority. As a veteran of the TOCA series since its inception in 1998 on the PSX, don't trust EGM on this one.Originally posted by ErvInteresting reviews surfacing for Toca 3.
Gamepro/OXM give it 9's, but EGM tears the game a new one...
