Does anyone have suggestions as to what car setup is best for each track?

I have used my set ups from NR2003 the only change is I dropped the tire pressures a cosiderable amount on each tire. With the AI set at hard the other night I qualified 10th at Dover and was leading by lap 9. I have Dover and Talladega loaded in my EA Locker.
