      Agreed. Interesting-looking game if the developers can take the physics and racing model past the Motostorm and ATV vs. MX crowd.

        I wouldn't bank on it, Paul. Those titles sell to a much larger crowd than an accurate sim would. Prepare to be disappointed, in my opinion. I would love to get a good baja game, but the sales numbers will push most publishers and developers to the Motorstorm style. I have no problem with that, but I wouldn't expect it to push past that crowd at all.

        And from their press release: "Developed by the founding members of the MX vs. ATV(TM) franchise, BAJA combines the best elements of the real-world sport with the right balance of arcade fun as it challenges players to build the ultimate off-road machine and conquer vast, unforgiving terrain."

        I'd say it's a certainty.

          Couldn't say it any better, it's a great concept but the wrong developer for it.
