A new teaser trailer was uploaded a few days ago.

We may soon see a new gameplay trailer to coincide with Monza week like what was done during the Imola and Assen rounds of the 2012 SBK schedule.

I buy both every year because I am bike fan. But SBK is by far and away the better game.

However, this year there will be no MotoGP game due to dev closing it's doors (Monumental Games).

SBk Generations has been pushed back to June 4th and it will be the last SBK from the current dev which is sad because they make really great bike games.

I hope that Blackbean/Milestone (SBK Dev and MotoGP 08 Dev) comes back to MotoGP because GP 08 is the best GP game and I still play it more than 10/11.

According to Amazon.com there is a "SBK Superbike World Championship" released on May 29th. Is this the same thing as SBK Generations? When I go to the game's web site for Generations, it only lists purchase sites from the UK (Amazon.co.uk) etc that do not allow shipping to the U.S.

I am very interested in all the features listed in Generations - racing all the years and career mode are two particular appealing modes, so I'd like to make sure I am getting the correct version.

The one on Amazon is the 2011 version and not the new Generations...it was never released here in the states. Thats usually how it goes for the USA when it comes to SBK.

yeah all of my xboxlive friends from across the pond are in love with the game. I am trying to wait to find out if it is region free because I don't want to buy the PS3 version again. The triggers are sooo much better on the 360 for brake and throttle control.

I emailed Milestone/Blackbean about it but have yet to hear anything. I think I am going to just take a chance and hope for the best.

A quick google search for "SBK generations region free" turned up a bunch of torrent links stating they're for region free ISOs of the game. Now I'm not familiar with the whole 360 illegal torrent/copy scene so maybe that just means that people who ripped it somehow removed the region protection. Nevertheless, I decided to take the chance and order it from sendit.com in the UK.

I'll let you guys know if it works when I receive it which I guess should be in 2 to 3 weeks.

"The graphics look brilliant though, and the weather effects and well implemented. If your bike isn’t stable after a turn you’ll see it weave a bit before regaining balance, and if you turn to quickly and tightly you’ll see the exact point where your rider loses control of the bike."

i read another review before and they stated how the graphics are the big weakness of the game. and even moto gp 2006 is looking better than this :S
