I had a lot more fun playing the demo of this game than I did playing the Sonic Transformed demo. I thought that game was bland and dull, while I thought F1 Race Stars was vibrant and fun.

And I like the pace car power up - I think it's clever and does happen in real F1 races quite a bit.

Don't believe the negative reviews on this game people. It is by far the best kart racer I have played probably ever. So, if you liked the demo you will love the retail.

It will definitely have its fans, but I just didn't see it as "the best kart racer." It did things most other kart racers have done before. Still, if you enjoy it, that's is great as I know of games I enjoy that other people didn't like.

I would agree with you that F1 Race Stars is vibrant, I even put that in my review after my first few hours with the game. Sonic Transformed, to me, has better gameplay, but some people will have differing opinions.

I just read on Facebook that this game will be a free download for Paystation Plus Subscribers on Feb. 6th 2013.

The non racing game Sleep Dogs will also be available for free.

Apparently the info about the game being a free download was incorrect. However the game is available for a 1 hour free trial. Oh well.

game came in the mail on Friday, played it a bit yesterday. good times for just 15 bucks.

IMO, thats what it should have cost. i bet it would have sold much better at that price as just an XBLA game.
