Cool deal. That was fun, though! If it's coming back up, I'll be back. I need the practice at Brand's Hatch, anyway...always sucked there

That was really fun, Manny. Thanks for hosting that! Kids are begging to play some zombie game, so had to only get one race in.

On the forced pit stops, is there a requirement for 4 tires or only 2, or anything in particular? And was a 26 second stop "normal"? I thought it was way, way, WAY too long.

You need to only change at least two tires. To make sure that happens go to the pit menu presets and make one that will change at least two tires. I recommend changing both front tires except the BMW, in which case change the side which is taking most of the load. Also remember to hit the pit request button before pitting and then confirm you pit settings once you enter out road.

(Not sure what a normal pit stop time would be.)

Gotcha, thanks man. You're wicked fast with that 360 controller if that's what you're using. I don't know how you go that quick with sticks and triggers. On the full race, did it disconnect or something during your pit stop again? That was shaping up to be a really fun little battle (although I probably would have come out 10 seconds behind you on that pit stop, knowing how screwed up my strategy was).

I wanted to record a video of that last night, because following your bumper around for a few laps from the cockpit view of 120 inches of monitor is pretty ridiculous to see in person. Your car was pretty much full size in front of me--my wife and neighbors just laugh at me

Re: Race '07 (PC) - Online racing

Yeah, sir!!! As soon I pulled into the pits I lost the controller. It was a great time last night. I'm using the 360 controller settings I posted on the first page of this thread along with the Xppader vibration to get a good feel of the car and they work awesome. Unfortunately, I need to get a new USB controller cable which is very hard to find. So now I'm at the mercy of the batteries running out.

I have a G25 and G27 but now relegated to use a controller since my rig was torn down to make room for home office space use.

I will be on again today and look forward to some good racing. It would be great if more can join us.

Re: Race '07 (PC) - Online racing

Got some free time this past weekend, ran some races (offline) Race07/Evo, man what a blast, what a game for how many years old now...?

Now just need to get NR2003 updated, some more free time and I will be in racing heaven.
