Wow just wow. Couple of questions though, what platform has the video been grabbed with? Is this game for old ps3 and 360 too?

I don't know that anybody has anything but the PC version, so I would almost guarantee that video came from PC.

They announced last year that they were cancelling the 360 and PS3 versions and moved to XB1 and PS4 for consoles. From a November press release:

"Slightly Mad Studios has made the big announcement that Project Cars cancelled the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Project Cars. And will opt for Wii U, Xbox One, PS4, Steam OS, and PC versions only."

That's definitely the PC version. And from there they will just downscale it for the new consoles, since the PS4 and Xbox One are simply mini PCs (same architecture). This will certainly save a ton of time and money in porting costs. Something that was made difficult in the previous generation with all the different architectures.
