This is a baseline setup up for career mode when you are trying to race a distance and keep the car sound. Note, selection choices taken from the video above.

F wing – 4 or 3 (helps turn in)
R Wing – 2 (top speed)
Transmission (all races)
On 70 (higher increases spin out)
Off 79 (how much it pushes out of the corner under acceleration)
Suspension (all races)
F Camber - -3.50 (two notches right for slower cars)
R Camber - -2.00 (two notches right for slower cars)
F Toe - 0.15
R Toe – 0.50
F Susp – 2 maybe 3
R Susp - 2
F anti-roll – 10 (never lower more than 6)
R anti-roll – 11 (never lower more than 8)
*Fastest setup for time trial 11/1 for F/R suspension but this setting increases tire wear for long races

Tyres
F pressure – 17.6 (18.0 in a slower car) (18.2 for all in wet races)
R pressure – 17.6 (18.0 in a slower car) (18.2 for all in wet races)
Weight
Ballast – 6 (higher setting creates oversteer)

I usually stay away from the setups but that's pretty cool.

To avoid chasing my own tail... I've decided to run with fixed (default) setups, no aids, AI set to HARD, in the Williams. I'm not overpowering the AI and I can hold a solid top five at any given track. If I run with the Ferrari or the Mercedes it's usually a top 3 for sure which isn't fun at all.

Really digging this game!

Definitely! Try some of those set ups, it really helps the handling of the car. I'm loving that different offer different drivability. It really makes the game fun, even with limited modes. I thought about doing a Williams season myself. You driving with Massa or Bottas?
