Well I really wasn't looking to add another racing title, but damn if GT Sport isn't fun as hell - and the graphics are stunning in 4K.

Time to rundown the replay systems on these games, at least how I like them, more or less in order:

F1 2017 - my favorite because it's like watching the race on tv. Great camera angles. I always watch my races when I complete them.

GT Sport - jeez needs to be seen to be believed. Nearly photo realistic.

Driveclub - really unique replays that also highlight the amazing scenery.

Forza 7 - very good, but not remarkable, not enough camera variety on the replays. I often will skip.

PC2 - Really pretty good. About on par with Forza 7 but not quite as pretty.

Re: 2017 racing games; the story so far...

I'll have to grab the newest F1 at some point. I played the last one a good amount and it was a very good game. The issue was that my incentive to keep racing in career wasn't there. The actual racing was top notch, though.

Driveclub is a game that I've started playing again recently too. From where it started off at launch, to where it is now, is very impressive. Quality title

I don't really have a any real desire to play Project Cars 2. I wanted to love the first one, but the controls were so awful that it soured me on the series. I'm not sure if that aspect of the game has improved, but I'm not willing to give it a shot at its current price.

I already see myself playing a lot of Gran Turismo. I literally hadn't played one since the original Playstation console, so to say it's been a long time is accurate to say the least. Everything in the game shows that the devs have a deep love for automobiles. This is a wine drinker's videogame. Nothing wrong with a little sophistication in our racers -- I feel like I should be wearing real driving gloves when I play lol.

Love this!

As I get older with family responsibilities, I find myself a year behind most titles.
I finally fell in love with F1 too, but I'm on F1 2016. I tried a couple of times before on PS3, but I finally love the career mode, where it incentivizes you to practice the track.

Any love for Dirt 4? I was having a fun time with it, but stopped playing. I need to pick it back up.

Will try the GT Sport demo, but I'm not a fan of the lifeless AI of previous GT games.

GT never had anything close to 1,500 unique cars. It had about 48 different versions of Nissan Skylines and Subaru Imprezas to artificially inflate the car counts.

Sorry...didn't play Dirt 4 so I don't comments on that one.

Give that GT demo a try; I always hated the GT AI previously but they seem better in this version.

I edited the GT Sport section of the OP...it is pre-ordered! Will update OP again with a rundown that matches the other games soon after I get some time with the complete game.
