WRC 9 or Dirt 5

I have not done much research on these, but i have a ps5 and looking for something to hold me over until GT7. I like both sim and arcade racing, just curious if there is a consensus on if there is one that is head and shoulders above the other?

I haven't played WRC 9 but I do have 5 and 7 and liked them both a lot. I also bought Dirt 5 and I find it to be a bit repetitive and dull. The ice races are a joke , the sprint cars are uncontrol-able and the A.I. rams into you a lot. I also feel the overall handling of all vehicles needs tweaking , very spastic handling. I really wish I had not bought it.

Thanks for the reply as i was leaning towards dirt 5 just for the sprint cars which is a bit disappointing. Looks like WRC will be what i am going with.
