FIU utterly demolished LSU 48-17 in Baton Rouge Saturday night. Last year's Golden Panthers may have been strong enough to take home the National Title, but this year's squad is off to an even more impressive start, and looks even more dangerous. FIU's offense was clicking as usual, but the defense really turned up the intensity, picking off QB Stephen Rivers 5 times. CB Larry Hope was the player of the game for FIU, pulling in 3 picks, and taking away half the field from the LSU passing game.

Army stays undefeated

Fresh off the biggest win for Army in the past 50 years (a 14 point win v.s. the #5 Trojans in LA) . The Black Knights came out rather sluggish, but was able to squeak out a 27-21 win at Hienz Field v.s. PITT. The black knights 2014 campaign has started well, a huge upset v.s. USC and then notched their 1st win in Big East play.
