Right on Jeff. Effective imidiatley I'll institute a "No Coach Left Behind Policy". We'll still keep a 48 houre advance schedule becaus that gives us one season per month and I think thats a good pace, but we won't advance without everyone being ready.

Appreciate you being adult about it and not completly freaking out....lol

I actually like the get together for a few hours and knock out the off season all at once idea. I'm sure with notice we can work it out.

We could easily schedule the Bowl advance to coincide with a group approved three hour window to do all offseason stuff up to week 4 Recruiting and then the next day do another group session to finish it. I think that would be the best way to do it.

Offseason Tasks
Bowl Season
Offseason
1. Bye Week
2. Coaching Carousel
3. Players Leaving
4. Transfer Requests/Draft Results
5. Recruiting Week1-5
6. Signing Day
7. Position Changes
8. Training Results
9. Cut Players
10. Custom conference
10. Pre-Season

If we can find a day/time that works, I'm all for that.

Seriously we should just pick a night the week before the bowl games and just bang it all out as a group. I think a 6:00pm Eastern time to 11:00pm eastern time would work good and it would actually be pretty cool to do it as a group.

In all the dynasties that I have ran that is what we did. We always did it on Sundays from 12-4pm. That way people could set aside the time to do it.

I'm ok with most of that. I know the preseason part will take the longest, setting the board, and etc could be own its own day. The biggest hurdle will be finding a time that all can participate.

Its not the preseason that is the challange, its all the offseason stuff because there's so many steps that need to be made by everyone. The preseason stuff is cake because you can do all the preseason stuff over the coars of two days while the schedules are being done and people do their team preview writeups.

I think we could try and agree on a day to advance from the bowl week and just bang all the offseason stuff out in a couple hours. I'll just oder a pizza, throw a couple movies on the 62", hook the PS3 up to my little 24" display and rock.....lol
