Its going to be a struggle this year for sure. The key is keep building your team and don't get too down about losing. Just have a good plan and execute it well. You might not see returns on it till year 3.

And keep the turnovers to a minimum, every game I have lost has been due to way too many turnovers.

Yep, I think it'll be at least 3 years for some of our programs to start really clicking.
