Nice pick up buddy! Also thank you for listing the recruiting limits for each team. Are we going to be able to actually enforce them this year?

I hope we can enforce it. Pretty much all we can do is make sure that each team only has 3 additional players on their board than their max going into signing day. If a team is at their max going into signing day they can't have any recruits on their board except the ones that have signed.

I'm open for enforcement ideas also.

Individual player suspensions.

Say you have a guy who has just won the heisman. He's been living it up in the offseason and people are pulling at him from all directions. Maybe he comes from money, but decides he should cash in on his success and sign a few autographs to turn a profit. How about that guy gets caught, but since it would hurt your bottom line, you don't kick him off - but give him a minimal suspension to put him in his place.

All that to say: we could do forced suspensions of key players for a rules violation. Not too severe, obviously.

I like that idea except taking away scholarships hurts a program more dont you think? The only rule violation that comes up really is stat padding by not pulling starters when up by 21 in the 4th and recruiting possibly.

Oh no not scholarship reductions. But if someone is clearly oversigning, make their star WR sit out a game or two. Something like that. I doubt it would ever be used because no one is going to blatantly disregard the rules. But it's just a way to inforce them.

I think scholorship reductions for recruiting violations and player suspensions for stat padding would be good.
