Purdue RTA. Had to restart. This is my first OD, but why does it say 2 restarts under the score. Does it count the initial try as a restart?

Yes it's always 2 when you restart once

Had a surge that flipped the breaker and the power went out. Was already midway through the 3rd quarter when it happened.
