Try deleting your game data.

try joining or send another invite, I have played a lot of user games in this dynasty and there has never been an issue before

This happens in a lot of dynasties. Its either game data, media server, uni packs, or internet type most likely.

Do you have an uni packs installed? I'll re-install mine if you do and maybe that will help.
