Wyoming handles Miami at home in a blow out. Although our FR ATH / RB, Rodney Hughes is stealing the headlines statistically, it is our senior TE, Thompson - who is the team leader. Thompson had two plays vs. Miami that were noteworthy. the first was a diving reception going horizontal for a beautiful catch. the second play Thompson was a secondary receiver on a fly pattern. QB Bradley couldn't see anything underneath, so he took a shot with the streaking Thompson. If you have ever done this, you know TE's don't typically fair too well when battling a safety for a deep ball.... However in this case - Thompson just dominated the Miami defender. There was no jump ball, there wasn't even really any contest. Thompson just went for the ball with authority and the defender was basically pushed aside from Thompson's aggressive move for the ball in full stride cruising thru the end zone.

Wyoming has a real shot to go undefeated in the regular season. If we make any noise in the rankings at the end of the year, Sr TE Thompson will surely be leading the way in crucial situations. he is money

All good here. We blew out Clemson, got the backups in the game. Not a bad outing today, need more like it haha.

North Texas routes #23 Auburn 41-6. 2nd straight game North Texas hasn't allowed a TD. Started off the game with SS Long getting a pick 6 in the rainy weather. Fields had a quiet game with only 85 yards. The worst thing about NT's performance was a fumble, mid range kick miss, and several punts that left Auburn at the 30. I think the team could be as good as the team several years ago that won the NC.
