You probably have to start a new season. I played the game briefly on the new patch and I was certainly seeing simulated injuries.

The thing that no one talks about is the fact that the only time you will ever see a blocking foul is when you try to cheese the CPU with a charge. The only way to see more fouls is to increase those...

Nope. In the last few iterations of this game, I notice something like this within a few days of playing the game and it completely prevents me from buying the game or having any desire to play it...

The foul problem seems like one of those things that would have been fixed by now if they had the ability to do so. It's another one of those things that makes you wonder if they tested their product...

I once had 3 injuries in a 12 minute quarter but they don't happen every game.

It should be noted that the lack of shooting fouls is reflected in simulated games also but not consistently. A team can shoot 40 free throws in one game and 3-6 in the next.

It is my understanding that ACE makes it own adjustments every timeout. If you want your manually adjusted settings to stick - turn off ACE.

Yeah I can't even initiate contact inside on superstar. Haven't messed with other difficulties yet but so far my experience with 2K19 is a bummer. It's demoralizing when you're going out of your way...

What difficulty are you playing on? I've been playing Superstar and I cannot initiate contact at all in the paint. I'll be lucky to see two shooting fouls called against me in an entire 48 minute...

Is anyone seeing the CPU getting any shooting fouls?? I am trying my hardest to foul them on superstar and I can't force any contact in the paint. It's either an easy block or the CPU just ignores...

In-game injuries were abolished altogether as a fix. I played through half a season of MyLeague (12 minute quarters) before I quit. It became frustrating to see every team in the league suffering...

Going up by 10 points is a surefire way to get the CPU to call a timeout. That is the only consistency I've seen from it. If it's a close game - CPU will simply NOT call a timeout.
