Once he's done (check the front page for more details) he'll put the folder on a website where you go download. You copy and paste that folder onto a USB then transfer it to your Xbox

You might need to rename the folder from "PS3(2)" to "PS3"

Or you could just copy the "SAVEDATA" folder onto your own PS3 folder...
