Trail and error, by the time people give you a real answer, you could have turned the slider to 100, play a game see the results, and then turn it to 0, play another game and find where you like...

You are right, the names don't change.... easy fix, change them your self. But like I said before, if you manage to play 30 seasons you need to get a job or go to school, no one should have that much...

Another thing, on top of not knowing potential, a 60 OVR rated player with A potential shouldn't progress untill you play him.
