I thought 20 was ok but not great. What have they changed in 22 on ps4? I thought that maybe since the ps4 is on its last leg that they may not have changed much and focused on the next gen systems....

Is it really possible to build a program recruiting 1* and 2* players? I always thought you had to recruit at least 3* to be successful, even as a cupcake program.
