Can someone explain to me how I can make all the Free Agency transactions???

Through the main menu, like if I wanted to make a roster? I can't seem to find the option to trade picks along with the player?

Also I plan on making a Marshawn Lynch CAP, what's the most ideal...

Try mixing things up..CPU does a lot of counters if you run the same play over and over

I have a Rookie RB for my Jets who was tearing things up early in the season, I mean he was looking like the second coming of Tomlinson..yet as I play more games, it got tougher for him to keep...
