Happened to me too. I had a user game in my online dynasty. I won 35-9. When we advanced the week it gave me a 34-26 loss.

Hate to sound like an idiot, but when i go into the system settings to change e clock like you suggested, the clock option is greyed out. How do I select it so I can try to change it?
