I love it! Gives me the depth in a career mode that I always wanted in FIFA. I'm in the same boat as you now in that I am debating not buying FIFA at all this year as a result.

So there's a good chance that you will be okay without even shedding any contracts. I don't know how the math works exactly, but with the FFP you are allowed to spend up to a certain amount on wages...
