Re: NCAA Roster Editor **PS3**

Man I go away for a couple weeks and suddenly there's a PS3 editor? I guess that means I'll have to figure out how to use it. But before I dive in I have a couple of extremely basic and/or stupid...

Re: Week 2 Discussion

I thought my Cougs were underrated on defense going into this season, especially the front seven. After two games I'm gonna go ahead and say that's been confirmed. A real quarterback will probably...

Re: NCAA Football 15 Presentation Concepts

This is a good list and it's pretty similar to the ones I put in the wishlist thread above. The basic concept is this: PUT ME IN THE STANDS! Details for each school can be added year by year, but...

Re: NCAA 15 Wishlist (Xbox One/PS4)

I'd actually love it if instead of porting over the game from one generation to the next and writing new code to tweak old code, everybody at EA who has anything to do with the actual design of their...

Re: College Football 15 Roster/Depth Chart Wishlist

I'm tired of excuses about limited capacity on roster issues in particular. The next gen systems are going to be goosed with all sorts of hardware capabilities. If the game itself has to be two...

Re: TarHeelPhenom's Edited Roster

Love this tip Tarheel, in tandem with a QB accuracy slider at 5 on my PS3 it gives good results. Since my labbing time is limited these days I have a question for you. Would inflating or dropping...

Re: Small forward #31, the NCAA, and EA sports

Does anybody have any offhand idea whatsoever of what kind of profit this game actually makes? At 60 bucks a copy times however many thousand, development and...

Re: Last game? Playoff option patch?

The money is being withdrawn, and fast, because of the potential risks. There may very well be a game next year, but I would bet you it might be the last for the foreseeable future. I would also...

Re: Report: SEC Marks in Next Year's EA College Title, One School Out

The best way to involve a modding community would be to have a PC version of the game, but we won't see those again until consoles are dead (this may be their last iteration) and they'll probably be...

Re: Report: SEC Marks in Next Year's EA College Title, One School Out

Time to hunker down and wait, it appears. The NCAA is losing relevance and power very rapidly, and the power conference schools are running out of patience. Whatever changes come in that structure,...

Re: What Are Your Plans for NCAA 14 and your Future Plans for NCAA Moving Forward?

14 has its issues but I'm going to keep playing around with it for a long while to come. For all I know it's the last one we'll get, but aside from that, I treat the game like a hobby project. I...

Re: Worst/Dumbest Commentary Lines

The commentary has two basic problems:

The first is that since they can't use likeness, all commentary is generic, which means it has to be limited to the specific action on the field, canned...

Re: Hasn't Special Teams Been Neglected Long Enough?

I see coffin corner attempts but even with the punt accuracy at 99 they rarely get deeper than the 15, and balls NEVER die inside the 10 even if they get dropped in the proper place, they just roll...

Re: CPU QB scrambling frequency

I toyed with the ratings a bit tonight and found that I could just about keep Mariota where he was physically but just boost his strength by half a dozen points and bring his tendency to balanced...

CPU QB scrambling frequency

Just a question for all the roster gurus (particularly those playing with the global editor who might have a taste for CPU/CPU play): is there anything you have happened upon which might reduce the...

Re: Animations & Ratings, how they go hand in hand

Speaking from experience watching quarterback controversies between guys with a big arm and no anticipation, feel for the game, and little touch, versus guys with average arms who made quicker...

Re: Animations & Ratings, how they go hand in hand

Interesting point and good video, though I find myself wondering what happens when it's not man coverage but zone. Does route running effect how likely a defender is to attack a receiver in his zone...

Re: LBers with low Man and Zone Coverage is a huge problem

I actually decided to get the game this year because the option finally works right on the CPU end, at least partially. I gave up after playing around with 12 for a bit and getting nowhere, and...

Re: So, who's buying NCAA 14 on release date?

I'll be grabbing it as quickly as I can, but I live in Australia now so I'll have to wait for shipping. Sat out last year and barely touched 12, but having a functional CPU option game makes this...

Re: Army (CPU) vs Navy (CPU) Gameplay video

One other thing I'm noticing is the kickoff returns are looking pretty realistic too. Not much of a sample on punt returns but I think the ball carrier logic is still a little off on that.
