In the OP it says Salary Cap Value: 102, but in game i can only set it at 104 or 99 it won't let me set 102 is there something im doing wrong or typo?

Sliders are same as OP, except, ball cursor on for pitching and injury at 6 for simmed and played games, and trade frequency at 0 for first month.
