PC mods the game files directly so doesn't work with assets the same way. You could extract them from the .dds files through photoshop I suppose but I've never done that, not sure what TGsoGood does...

No username that's the PC files to download. I believe TGsoGood has a way of converting to console though, so hopefully he can do that for anyone wanting it on console.
