The best way to do it would be when you choose you want to be rivals, you would pick the rival you wanted it to replace.

Very true.

Somehow they struck gold in recruiting in California and have a very very good running game. There rating is 95 overall in year 2019.

I have never quite had a moment that spectacular. But I've had some tight games but nothing comes to mind as a really big one. One really good one though was the SEC championship game one year....

I've thought about doing this but I always think that like SEC or Big 10 will have all the Bowl Games (Big 10 is the only super conference in my Dynasty) but the WAC usually has 2 in the top 10 also....
