I’ve been thinking about doing a dynasty where i can recruit the best O and D linemen but can only take instate skill players.

I hardly use the normal. Usually just inside the 5 when expecting the run I like to blitz the outside and pinch the line.

I hardly ever blitz and I usually use the over/under 425 depending on what side of the field the ball is on. I really only blitz when I think they’re going to run and take a chance.

If they have a QB that can run I’ll use contain on passing downs. I’ll also shift the Dline to the strong side if they like to run. I run a 4-2-5. I love the single high safety.

One thing i do is if you use the editor is keep them as a 1 star program. It keeps them from landing 4 and 5 stars even if they have a good year or two

Question on tendencies. Will there be defensive tendencies like runs more zone or blitzes more often. I always felt ea ncaa football lacked the defensive side of the ball

Go to player info where you can edit the player’s equipment and you can change the ratings. You can cycle through teams using the L2 button on ps3
