The only problem that ever came out of subs like this being "permanent" means that the player(s) was locked in there until that player was no longer on your roster (or you manually changed it again)....

Hot / Cold Streaks also play a role in the OVR during a game. Those "higher" or "lower" numbers can be attributed to what kind of streak they are on.

I've seen a number of plays that would be considered "gadget" plays.

I even saw a flea flicker in one formation when making my play book. Though I cannot recall what formation - but trust me...

IMO - the weekly goals for players should be stratified in tiers rather than all or nothing.

If you keep the offense from throwing 175 you get all. If they throw 176 you get none.
