Re: What are you working on? (returning)

I finished all the goals on the Extreme conquest map, so I decided to go back and try some more of the Extreme moments. I managed to beat the Fearsome Pearson moment, but it took 19 innings and 355...

Re: What are you working on? (returning)

I finally beat the Yelich moment. I was overdue for some luck, and I got it on my third home run. It came off an exhausted John Gant (for some reason the AI had left him in the game for 65+ pitches)...

Re: What are you working on? (returning)

The Yelich moment is maddening. I've had no luck with either zone or directional, although I seem to hit home runs more frequently with zone. I think the biggest issue is Dakota Hudson -- it's hard...

Re: Babe Ruth and the All-Timers Program Nice Win for Offline Folks

If there's a positive with these being moments rather than games, it's that they can be restarted very quickly. I tried the All-Timers Team moment again and made sure I scored a few runs in the top...

Re: Babe Ruth and the All-Timers Program Nice Win for Offline Folks

I was one strike away from beating the All-Timers Team 1-0, but then gave up two walks and a game-winning double off the wall. Grrrr!

The fact that these are moments and not games is...

Re: MLB The Show 20: Prime Time Event Overview and Rewards

In the event's rules, I wish it had said "Signature Series Players ... except Hal Newhouser." I suspect the words "TOO LATE" will be burned into the lower left corner of my TV screen by the time this...

Re: Road To The Show Thread

Out of curiosity, what round(s) were your players drafted in? I never performed well enough in the showcase to be selected higher than the 15th round, but I remember seeing people last year who had...

Re: Road To The Show Thread

I suspect it's a bug. I had the same issue when I created my RTTS player back in the fall with 19. I went through the draft multiple times and I was always selected in the later rounds by either then...

Re: MLB The Show 17 Video - The Little Things: Part 2

It's a little thing, but it would've been nice if the size and positioning (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2048405215&postcount=13) of the Blue Jays logo on the front of the...

Re: updated team jersey feedback?

For the Blue Jays, the logo on the front of the jersey is way off. It's incorrectly positioned and too small. On the home and alternate uniforms...

Re: MLB 17 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread

The 300 and 400 levels at Rogers Centre, which house the luxury suites and media facilities, need some work in the game as they don't look anything like the real thing. I've attached a screenshot to...

Re: Informal survey

1) How important are any of these features to you?
* Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.

Not very important. I'd rather see the ability to set the initial...

Re: Dynamic Difficulty in 2016

That was my first thought as well, but it was still on Experienced. I loaded up an exhibition game under the Experienced profile, and the Dynamic Difficulty for pitching was still at Rookie....

Re: Dynamic Difficulty in 2016

I started a RTTS as a relief pitcher and managed to get the Dynamic Difficulty up to Legendary, but then it suddenly dropped me back down to Rookie between games. I didn't do anything except sim to...

Re: MLB The Show 16 Trailer, Josh Donaldson is the Cover Athlete - Ships 3.29.16

I'm very happy to see the closed roof at Rogers Centre. Assuming closed roof versions of the relevant ballparks make it into the final game, I'll likely return to the series in 2016. I definitely...

Re: Will you buy MLBTS 16?

I skipped The Show 15 because closed roof versions of retractable roof ballparks hadn't been included yet again. I didn't actually miss the game that much as I simply found other games to play. For...

Re: MLB 15 The Show Fact Sheet - Gameplay Reveal Scheduled For February 5th on Twitch

I think it had more to do with the multiple posts in a short period of time where there was no intervening discussion, rather than the subject matter of the posts. As the posts were on the same...

Re: MLB 15 The Show Fact Sheet

This is my thinking as well. Simply having closed-roof versions of the six major league ballparks with retractable roofs would be perfectly fine. As others have mentioned, if a game starts in one...

Re: MLB 15 The Show Fact Sheet

I average about 10 posts a year in these forums, so chances are you weren't going to see me regardless.

Also, when I've raised the issue of retractable roofs, I've tried to do so in the form of...

Re: MLB 15 The Show Fact Sheet - Gameplay Reveal Scheduled For February 5th on Twitch

It's about realism and the atmosphere at the ballpark. The roof being open 100% of the time is completely unrealistic and significantly lowers the immersion level. For a game that tries to create a...
