just think so because Ive never seen anyone that can move faster with the ball than without it. Also it wouldn't make sense for a 6'10 Playmaker SF to be faster than a 6'3 Slasher PG

Same thing was done last year in High School and College. Thats the problem with trying to judge your character in College, Stats are really boosted there, which is odd to me.

Basically Speed with Ball seems to be how close to your Speed you are when you have the ball.

Example(Dont know exacts these are just guesses):

A Playmaking PG with 94 Speed with Ball and 85...

SWB, is probably a modifier of the base speed. like slashing pg would have a 75 actual speed when dribbling. basically multiplying speed time SWB as a percentage. So the pg would be 94(speed) x...

Data might be saved on 2ks side since VC is earnable in prelude, or I think they said that. Ronnie2k did mention that progress was tied to gamertag.
