I'm not sure if that was the game I was trying to reference but I saw one on YouTube recently, it was maybe a PC game? But you could choose from responses to say to the umpire, including beeped out...

Yes I noticed the Jackie Robinson unis are only home whites. I switched to road and everyone had 42 still but no patches.
