If you change a player’s position from SP to RP, their rating will drop considerably. At least multiple points. I do this all the time and when I do I bump pitching ratings - while decreasing...

This used to be a problem for me. I would wear “gaming goggles” to help alleviate the strain on my eyes. I got a new TV a few years ago and the eye soreness stopped. Hopefully never to return.

Nothing prevents it, but the only player who gets the “Ace” part of their contract/morale fulfilled is the one in the SP1 spot.

Oh whoops sorry you said franchise not rosters. That franchise file should be able to save on an external drive and/or the cloud.

I don’t think so. Rosters can only be saved from the main menu, not in franchise.
