No Option To Player-Lock In Kick Off Game?

Fired up FIFA 16 and started to play a Kick Off game, but couldn't figure out how to set up player-lock. No way to do it on controller and game settings. Also, no option on the select sides screen...

Why is there no online franchise mode?

I really like the offline Be-A-GM mode, but why isn't there an online variant? I want to run an NHL franchise with my friends.

After the patch, started a new online CFM. First 2 played games have locked up after after the games ended on the blue screen. The first game results saved, but the second did not. Makes me not want...
