I updated the Scenario to include a fully compatible and full 2003 Draft class, as well as all General Managers have been edited.

Badges were edited per Sim Gaming Network Philosophy…I didn’t dial back ratings, some tendencies were lowered though.

I've always had fun with it, 100% make sure you keep team budgets on, dont ignore them. That way your lower budget teams (Oakland) build through prospects.

Holliday was promoted to AA two weeks ago, Dru Jones has been injured for much of this season so we can't really know where he'd be right now, and Chourio has a really good chance of getting bumped...
