All-2010’s Rosters?

It still seems hard to believe that we are in the year 2019 and closing the 2010 decade. But since we are indeed, I was wondering if there was interest in a community project to create a roster set...

How did you "execute" it? What came up when you clicked on the file after downloading it? That might be what I'm stuck on.
EDIT I'm on Mac btw, is there a chance this is only usable on Windows?

Can anyone help me open this RBU program? It sounds awesome and I can't wait to see it but when I open it I immediately become lost in Xamarin Profiler. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do these instructions work for Xbox as well as PS2? And I also agree that they are hard to follow if you don't know much about it.

I just finished the rosters today and haven't got a chance to sim a season yet, but I played a game and the sliders definitely need adjusted. It was very offensively leaning. I lost to the Dodgers...
