I've experienced the exact same thing. There is a inconsistency in the coaching for sure coding specific place for specific teams or giving users options to set plays for teams specifically could fix...

Something must be done to the simulator all the teams that have the best players do not win as well as my team being better than most that I play almost never end in a win if I simulate please update...
