Also to have a pool of past managers and coaches, and retired players to choose from.

Example: Replace a manager or coach with Robin Ventura or Joe Mauer.

I think it would be kind of cool to integrate each team's own play-by-play commentators in the game.

Former coaches and managers in the Coach/Manager Free Agency pool.

Multiple team trades.
