It's been fixed in the TU3 patch.

Personally, the game is playing far better than in any recent year and is extremely fun, imho. Defense is far more manual vs AI this year, which many don't care...

I'd argue it's more correlated to Dynamic Difficulty and prematch boosts. In Kick-Off you'll find games to be far more consistent because DD is at 0/0. In CM things change from match to match...

Fix: Had to delete the settings file in the Documents folder.

Gotta redo every single setting but at least this solved it.

If you just sit there late game during a user free kick the CPU will sometimes do an additional sub. So if they did 1 already it would be 2 or if 2 already now 3 technically.

A lot of really good small tweaks in this patch. F23 is slowly growing on me. Has a lot of potentials. Can't wait for PC mods.
