Don't have the game, but some things in the demo/I have seen on streams suggested that it would be available.

I.e. there was a bunch of clearly female names available in the character creator.

Yea, it's probably dumb on a badge/meta level, but I like running the 3 more than the 2. So screw the meta, playing how I like...lol.

I believe I heard that too. That will limit somewhat how many HoF badges folks will have.

But with a 45 or so badge point limit, I’m not overly concerned with people stacking a few HoF badges.
